Techniques and forms passed down through the Wudang’s Chunyang Pai Sect of Daoist martial arts are both practical and ceremonial, simple yet profound.

- Kung Fu Basics & Conditioning
- Bagua footwork, applications, and Five Dragon Big Dipper Form

- Sword (Jian) basics, applications, and 7 Star Form
- Big Dipper Body Protection (Da Gong) Hard Qigong/Pai Da Set
Further training can include:
- iron palm/body hardening
