Strength & Conditioning at Cultivate Costa Rica supports athletes, martial artists, and everyday people. 


Practice focuses on:

  • Developing and maintaining the range of movements humans are intended to do: running, jumping, rolling, falling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, mobility, breathing
  • Foundational physical skills from the most pure sports that exist: gymnastics, track & field, and martial arts
  • Progressing and regressing complexity of movements based on age and skill level
  • Confidence and self-efficacy
