Practice focuses on:
- Developing and maintaining the range of movements humans are intended to do: running, jumping, rolling, falling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, mobility, breathing
- Foundational physical skills from the most pure sports that exist: gymnastics, track & field, and martial arts
- Progressing and regressing complexity of movements based on age and skill level
